I see to it that Risk Assessments is done and all safety aspects are in place before sub contractor start on a building. Do planning with the client and priorities.

Manage the Sub Contractors with fabrication of steel pipes and to do installations on to Chillers and AHU’S.

Consist of paint for corrosion protection, Lagging and Cladding on to steel pipes.

Appointed as Site-Manager (Consisting Rigger’s, Boiler-Maker’s, Welder’s with required Assistant’s as well as Material Control and Safety Officer). Planning/ Expediting- Erection of Steel, Plate Work and Fitting of liner’s & Assembling of structure’s. Advise on Revisions what must be done on any type of steel work .Attend meetings with group and clients. Work directly with Clients to monitor project’s on fabrication of steel at work shop and to site. Fly to international site locations to undergo inventory and erection errors, shortage and reported to top management. QC of steel work, see to it that plate work and structural steel is fabricated according to the clients drawings and check welds for neatness presentation and clean, check for undercuts and repair if required. Then send steel for corrosion protection and see to that the correct procedure was followed with cleaning of surface for preparation to be painted or galvanized. (NCR if any problems occur)Work out cost (QC) of delays and send NCR to relevant departments. (Fabrication error, Earth moving equipment, Work force & Equipment/Electrical tools)Dispatch & Receiving of Steel work and Bought Outs.See to it that Trucks (trailers) are loaded according to regulations (Maximum legal truck loadings and dimensions)
