• Analyze scopes/specs/drawings, perform hardcopy and onscreen material takeoffs

• Attend pre-bid meetings, make site visits, submit bids up to $1.3M to GC’s

• Process Change Orders, RFI, RFP, ITB, CM@Risk documents

• Design layouts, red-line drawings by others, reverse engineer products, create BOMs

• Engineer/design/draw scaled plans of mechanical/industrial equipment & finishing systems

• Design/draw scaled plans of commercial/industrial/institutional properties

• Project Management of mechanical equipment & systems installations

• Develop SOP’s for Operations/Sales/Engineering Depts

• Prepare/submit closeout documentation
