Ascentria Care Alliance – Fixed Assets Project, review current assets, verify with general ledger system and prepare for conversion to new Ablia (Sage) system. Assist Controller and Senior Accountant with monthly/annual reconciliations that were approximately six months in arrears.
NGS/Wellpoint – Federal Wage Index, Occupational Mix, and Pension costs review of New England
hospitals for two year comparison. Purpose: to set future Medicare hospital reimbursement rates.
HFS and TeamMate software plus office were primary tools used for project.
Parkland Medical Center - General ledger close, monthly reconciliations for general ledger and SOX compliance. Additional projects including cash deposits, construction-in-progress analysis, develop general ledger for subsidiary company, and daily statistical compilation and reporting
The Mortgage Specialists – Mortgage brokers with offices in New Hampshire. Legal and accounting review of IRS and NH banking audits, depositions and related documents for litigation for civil or criminal matters.
PEP Direct – International manufacturing and direct marketing multi-company firm. General ledger responsibility for largest subsidiary, month-end close, cash and all balance sheet reconciliations. Special projects to improve process of benefits and travel expense reporting.
Baseline Development Group - publishing/marketing company – general ledger responsibility, budget development & reporting. Prepared monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, accrual & WIP calculations, and detailed Excel worksheet analysis.
