The California Health Benefit Exchange (Exchange) is soliciting responses from qualified firms able to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services during the Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) of the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment, and Retention System (CalHEERS).

The CalHEERS interface with the Medi-Cal Eligibility Data System (MEDS) to fetch the result at run time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implemented the 2 Way SSL for the Weblogic OSB Domain for the external interfaces.

Implemented the predefined polices for the external interface using password digest.

Created the .CSR certificates and Keystore and shared the .csr certificates for Certificates signed by CA.

Exported the VeriSign Certs with External partner to install the calheers certs at Federal Hub to

To handshake the communication between calheers Oracle Service Bus middle layer and the Federal Hub Gate Way.

Implemented the soap SOA Security mechanism by configuring WS-Security for the Federal Hub Interfaces using 2 Way SSL.

Configured and tested the 2 way SSL communication and predefined policy using password digest between the Calheers OSB Business Service outbound call to the Federal Hub Gate Way for the Federal hub https WSDL endpoints.

Installed Oracle Web Servers (OHS) and provided admin support.

Implemented the External partner WSDL at Oracle Service Bus and exposed the endpoint to the portal team for different web service WSDL’s received from Federal Hub and also tested proxy endpoint using soapUI.

Created The Technical Design Document for the Interfaces which we are supposed to implement functionality at Oracle Service Bus and External Partner WSDL’s received from different partners.

Performed the unit test cases for the WSDL implemented at Oracle Service Bus.

Batching and debauching configuration using custom concepts at B2B.

Handled different various channel configurations at B2B using HIPAA Transaction sets like 834, 832, 835, 837I, 837P and 837D.

Working on design and implement forward and reverse proxy implementations, 2way SSL configuration using Oracle API Gateway for OSB Middleware Platform.

Provided administration support for Oracle SOA B2B deployments using B2B for various inbound/outbound channel configurations.

Provided Admin support using Oracle SOA suite, B2B, ODI for processing the EDI X12, HL7 & flat files from various data sources to P14 Data Mart.

Worked on ODI Agent and configured it for automating the jobs using scheduling through the ODI Studio and WebLogic Application Server.

Project Description:

Provided guidance and hands-on support in Oracle SOA Suite11gR1 environment hosted on Oracle On Demand as a SOA Admin, This is an eBusiness Suite R12 Implementation project for DC Government (OCFO- Office of Chief Financials Officer) which involves Integration R12 system with 30+ external systems using SOA Suite11g- BPEL.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Created the JDBC Data Sources (BOLINF & APPS) for DB Adapter in Weblogic11Gr1 and migrated these Data Sources from Oracle on Demand site environment to DC Gov. SOA Local Environment.

Migrated approximately 130 JMS Connection Factories and JMS Queue’s for JMS Adapter for the Weblogic11Gr1 Running at Oracle on Demand site environment to the DC Gov. SOA Local environment.

Created the Local Box environment for the DC Government based on Oracle on Demand (OOD) Environment hosted on Oracle site.

Prepared the SOA Architecture for the PASS Interfaces and Ebusiness Suite R12 product using Oracle SOA Suite11gR1 Product implementation.

Configured FTP Adapters at WebLogic for the File Servers.

Provided the Alternative SOA Solutions for the JMS Queue Implementation for the Agencies.

Worked SOA Gap Analysis for SOA Architecture based on Inputs provided from DC Gov.

Delivered the SOA Security solution and prepared the documentation for the SOA Security implementation.

Provided Analysis and Guidance for SOA Design and SOA Technical Architecture Implementation.

Providing the support for startup/shutdown services for the development team and supporting them on defects resolutions for the defects raised in Defect tracker.
