Provide daily/weekly/monthly training to all Sales Managers and Sales associates through effective individual/group training and provide on the spot feedback to ensure store employees are following the TCC process. Implement 6 Keys of Selling to all managers and associates for the development training and retraining of all employees.

Engage in weekly one on one coaching sessions and quarterly rounding meetings with sales associates and sales managers, provide positive and constructive feedback and documentation. Always work on a stop light report and build a start, stop, continue action plan.

Each quarter spent time with each manager and associate on where his or her learning technique was. Each person learns differently, we must coach to the style that person learns best with.
