Cloud-Based Solution / Workplace P2P Implementation / $2.7M – Implemented and oversaw maintenance of General Ledger, Payables, Fixed Assets, Projects modules in AX with the first cloud hosted solution. Integrated MS Dynamics AX Financial with Workplace Procure-to-Pay, ebanking reconciliation with Sandler-Khane, and Wolters- Kluwer Tax modules allowing finance and accounting departments to be able to better streamline their integrations and reconciliations.

Ultipro HRMS/ $500K – Deployed SAAS HRMS in 5 months which included HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, On-boarding, Manager and employee Self Service modules resulting in improved user experience and reduced headcount by 1Full Time Employee (FTE).

Kronos Upgrade/$450K – Upgraded Kronos timekeeper and scheduler modules to latest version and migrated application from on-premise to the Kronos Cloud. Managed transition of bio-metric clocks across the US. Enabled mobile access and automated PTO requests resulting in increased efficiencies, reduced paper and labor fraud.

Oracle Procure-to-Pay / $500K – Rolled out over 50 team members to deploy Oracle e-business Procure-to-Pay modules for the enterprise while ensuring change management, communication, training and support which resulted in cost savi ngs to the business with stream lined vendor contracts via punch outs and automated paper processes.

Oracle Recruitment / $300K – Implemented Oracle e-business iRecruitment module and affectively managed the process changes to enable an automated application tracking, on-boarding and recruiting for the enterprise which greatly simplified Human Resource recordkeeping and allowing company to increase efficiencies on hiring.

HD SUPPLY/FORMERLY HUGHES SUPPLY, Orlando, FL 2003 to 2008 Wholesale distribution company with nearly 1,000 locations in North America, and more than 24,000 associates.

Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) / $7M – Deployed the FIDM system for the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
