CPC is the web-based application. Product Catalog acts as the central repository of all products. Product creation and configuration is done in this catalog. Pricing, discounts and promotions can be added to the product. Shipping data is also available by fetching information from database.

Using Customer Management, you can place an order of any telecom services (EPL, EVPL, EDI etc.) and the order tracking is done using Customer Service Orchestration. It is one of the easiest forms of order management and order fulfillment, where the customer information and their order are tracked using different forms of status (Pending, In-Progress, Activate etc.). Service order is being managed and tracked using CSO.

Act as a BA for the Enterprise Customer Service Management process.

Manage Ethernet services, features, resources and lifecycle management by working with project manager.
