I manage maintenance department, looking after all business related topics. In particular I lead the following tasks:

- Manpower management, making staff schedules, checking their performance and optimizing their time.

- Cost estimation and controlling, ensuring to get the economic targets and implementing solutions if necessary

- Technical issues support, via telephone or even on site support to the technicians providing them with engineering knowledge.
