Associate Principle -Structural Manager PM-CM, 2013- 2017 As part of the senior management team hold the Ownership and responsibility of KATARA Projects

Manage large scale multiple projects to cover project aspects including design, design review, Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams from conceptual to detailed design stage including IFC Package and contractors proposals, tender submissions, financial, variation orders, technical documentation, risk analysis and cost estimates.

Lead Structural and multidisciplinary team, Provide guidance, strategically, oversees instruction, direction and leadership, priorities, technical challenges and contractual milestones, Manage internal and external relations including stakeholders and client interface with the design.

Act as the Client Contractors prime point of contact for the aspects of the project, including progress reporting, safety, financial recommendations, and quality control and design modifications.

Liaise and coordinate with the Program Director and the rest of the senior management team with all matters related to operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the KATARA expectations as part of the senior management team.

Perform and review structural Models including ETABS, SAFE and SAP2000 Models, check and approve structural calculations, analysis and design.

Provide technical expertise and overseeing structural technical aspects of non-liner dynamic analysis including ETABS Stability Models as well as Enabling works including Mat foundations SAFE Models to adhere international codes& standards and Ensure financial performance of projects in accordance with KEO Methodology

Provide input to client proposals and tenders including RFP documents, cost, risk analysis and management and bid planning

Liaise with the client representatives and stakeholders to establish technical and financial directions, project financial performance in line with KEO methodology.

Develop business trends of the department that are in line with client objectives and consistent with the overall goals and objectives, Plan of manhour budgets, schedules, manpower loadings and staffing requirements to satisfy project requirements and in line with KEO methodology.
