2. Statistical Quality Control of Bolts using DMAIC Methodology

Monitored the variation in the bolt weight for consistent quality with the help of Control charts (SPC).

Used R&R study to find out the variability due to instrument and sample parts.

Analyzed the process capability using CP ratio, used poka-yoke (CAPA) for phase2.
