Since March 2017 worked with Peak Consulting at Dynamo Aviation in North Hills. Working on production drawings and designs for galley equipment for private aircrafts. This included Microwave, Refrigeration, and Wine coolers.

Previously 2.5 years with Peak Consulting at Disney Imagineering in Glendale. In the Special Effects department specializing in projector mount designs for theme parks around the World.

Previously 5 years with Lithium Ion Batteries and Cell design and drafting for Space, Military, and Medical applications including processing and development, and design checking. Designs included large investment casting designs for space vehicles. To small cell designs.

Thorough working knowledge of Design techniques, components, materials and processes involved in the presentation of a completed project.

Extensive experience in investment castings for chassis’, card cages, housings, sand castings (i.e., electric motor housings and end bells), dip brazed structures, Rack and Panel design and packaging, design and production of special electric motors, backplanes, cabling and harnesses, sheet metal enclosures and brackets, packaging of equipment in portable cases, and gear trains and mechanisms.

Proficient with tooling, jigs, and fixtures, including vibration and test.

Gyro’s for space and flight controls.

Thorough working knowledge of ANSI Y14.5M.
