Project

Design, Development and Analysis of Process for Forged Component

Selected for Industrial Project at Bharat Forge Ltd. for final year project work. The main objective was to improve the existing forging process for component which was a spool body. A split type die was suggested and designed to manufacture the spool body as per requirement. To validate this new forging process software analysis and computer simulation was performed using software DEFORM- 3D.

Co- curricular activities

Participated in the “International Conference on Ideas, Impact and Innovations in Mechanical Engineering” and won the Best Paper Award.

Review paper on “A New Methodology to Manufacture Component by Closed Die Forging.”

Extra curricular activities

Student member of Pune Chapter of ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers.)

Participated in the various technical events like National Level Project and Poster Presentation, TechnoCHILL 2017.
