Mine Planning: Responsible for advance planning for mines development, production of ore, waster / OB handling, area of waste disposal etc, in accordance with fixed target.

Development and Production: Responsible for achieving the set target by the management and maintain economical balance between development and production.

Manpower and Machineries: Responsible for shift wise allocation of man power and machinery to achieve set target.

Health, Safety and Environment: Responsible for healthy and safe working environment for men and machines and also controlling the mining environmental hazard in accordance with the local law of land.

Supervision: Responsible for of all the activities directly or indirectly related to mining operation.

Look after the all statutory returns related to IBM,DGMS,PESO and STATE GOVERNMENT.
