Strategic sourcing via trade publication, the Internet, catalogues, local markets and trade shows to identify potential suppliers.
Managing existing vendor and supplier relationships.
Managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders and contracts.
Ensure the timely delivery of requested materials or services with requested quantity and quality.
Managing the technical submittals and approvals for construction projects.
Strategic negotiation and quantified evaluation to secure the best quality and price through a transparent process.
Working closely with the Finance team to eliminate the self-purchase, reduce the cash purchase and enhance the payment terms of the PO’s and contracts to avoid any cash flow disturbance.
Generating and implementing purchasing strategies, prepare SOP’s and procurement policy.
Implement the ERP oracle solution as the procurement process owner.
Ensuring that all goods and services purchased comply with the company’s social sustainability policies.

Monitoring returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
Main Achievements:
Save more than double the target (more than Four Million SAR) in ISG.
Save more than Ten Million SAR in DSI - JODP.
Sort all the pending issues with the subcontractors and support the operation teams to hand over ten MV
substations in AECC.
Build and lead the procurement team to fulfil the group ambition (prepare the job description, conduct interviews and train the current team) in ISG and AECC.
Prepare the procurement policies, SOP’s and support the implementation of the ERP Oracle system in ISG.
Increase the LL materials approval percentage from 32% to 95% in DSI -JODP.
