•Account Manager

•Reporting to the Director of Customer & Technical Support Service, Middle East & North Africa. Accountable for sales, distributor relations, and service for Military/Defence/Intelligence and top tier sales accounts. •Reporting to the Director of Satellite Operations & Collection Planning. Providing customer service for customers, taking and fulfilling orders for various satellite data. Providing clients with information regarding different satellite imagery, applications, products and services to suit their requirements. Generating accurate technical and financial proposals for geospatial data, based on customer requirements, and preparing confirmed orders for data. Placing orders and following through to successful completion. Communicating with international sales teams on customer needs and providing support to Finance and Network Stations Groups.
