Job Profile:

Ensure feed quality by controlling the quality of feed ingredients and by assuring the quality of final feed.

Monitor, Analyze and control the quality of Incoming Raw material,

In-process material and products as per SOP.

Responsible for Sampling, Analysis & Reporting of Raw material & Finished Products & ensure samples are representative of material so that lab results reflect the nutrient content of the ingredient or feed being sampled

Monitor the Batching of Production as well as implementation of SOP in the plant. Also check the Raw Material & Medicines is used as per formulation to avoid the Contamination & Mix-up.

Ensure that productions of all products are carried out in efficient manner to meet the Standards as per Quality norms & standards set by company.

Establish plan for root cause analysis & implementation of action plan for major & repeated quality problems.

Submit Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports to Nutrition dept. as well as Management regarding QC & QA activities.

Check the Scales & Metering Devices for Correct adjustment.

Ensure the effective Biosecurity & Hygiene in the plant as per SOP

Ensure the FIFO in the plant for all Raw materials & Medicines.

Able to Analyse & Conduct the Sample of Raw Material & Feed for the Proximate Principles as per AOAC methods such as

Moisture, Crude Protein,Ether Extract, Crude Fiber,Total Ash, Acid Soluble Ash, Acid Insoluble Ash, Salt, Phosphorus,Calcium,KOH soluble protein, on Protein Nitrogen,Urea,Pepsin Digestibilty,Thiram,Free Fatty Acids, Iodine Value, Peroxide Value, Mycotoxins(AflatoxinsB1,Citrinin,Ocratoxin)
