JOB SUMMARY:

The Revenue Section Head is the person responsible in ensuring that all sales transactions and check the credit and collections for all customers of the whole company (including branches) are captured by the accounting system. Likewise ensures that sales are properly billed and collected. Also responsible in monitoring sales related accounts (e.g. accounts receivable, bank deposits and other treasury reports). She is also expected to develop ways and means on how to expedite the processing of revenue transactions.

Checks Sales Orders for validity, pricing and credit standing before issuing an invoice;

Post sales transactions of all branches to Peachtree and print Delivery Order;

Expedite collection of accounts which are long over-due, check Collector’s Itinerary Report;

Re-assess the verification and recommendation of Credit Officer pertaining to customer credit application;

Checks Treasury reports forwarded by all branches for matching with bank deposits and monitors warehoused checks;

Files BIR Form 2307 from customers for attachment to quarterly income tax payments;

Assigns job to personnel under the department to cover-up job requirement;

Prepares report that may be asked by the Finance Manager.

The Warehouse Supervisor manages the warehouse where he is assigned. He ensures that all inventories are protected, recorded and arranged in the order imposed by the management.
