Assist around 7-11 different domestic banks with any questions or concerns in regards to their Assets. I am responsible for finding answers for any questions my clients may have, from Income and principle payments to the number of shares held. Also assisting them with their trading issues from setting up a trade, to settling. Very familiar and experienced on many Domestic Markets such as DTCC and FRB. Experienced in the full life cycle of a security held at BNY or NIB or securities held in physical form either on our vault or DTCs vault. Liaised in our internal operations teams to provide answers for each individual questions. Also responsible for settling at the end of each business day. The Custody accounts were to remain zero at the end of the night. My job was to confirm and wire out, or receive in funds from daily activity.

Responsible for processing (S.O.I) State of Israel Bonds. From loading the certificate information into the TranStar Database, using cusips or bond types. Confirming the holder information and bond validity by checking with the SEC website for lost or stolen bonds. Responsible for the incoming bonds for the processing of redemptions, transfers, Coupon payments, along with registering the Bond Holders Information, along with obtaining the correct tax documentation required to perform the requested transaction.
