I have over ** years’ experience that includes Scheduling, Contract Administration and Project management. I have extensive experience working on large projects and handling costs, schedules, variance analysis, earned values, project trend & contract change notices.

Project complexity has included detailed, resource loaded CPM schedules comprising of several thousand activities, with multiple project/contract interfaces and project value in excess of $5 billion. y experience covers a broad variety of design and construction projects including Oil business, Refineries, Coal Mines, Transit, Rail, Bridges, Airports, Industrial, Hotel facilities and Clean Energy – Wind Turbines, Gas Turbine.

May 2015 – Present. - Mitsubishi Hitachi Power and Gas Americas, Gas/Steam turbine/ Combine cycle/ Lake Mary

Lead Senior Project Engineer

Lead the group of schedulers to Support Gas/Steam turbine projects. Responsible for the Primavera Enterprise Installation 16.2 version, Administration with more than 150 team members users in the future and remote access to servers. Interaction with Japan/ USA and Mexico.

Create master schedules, interface with various internal and external stakeholders on planning and scheduling. Lead the Primavera Installation and transition. Responsible for all the Schedules baseline/updates to the customers, support the other schedulers, training and guidelines for team.

Projects in USA, planning and cost forecasting of 160 Wind Turbines and currently working in mega projects as Mid-American – Iowa 258 Wind Turbines, Crossroads – Oklahoma 98 Wind Turbines, Greenwich – Canada 44 Wind 2.3 MW. Document Controls Manager

Responsibilities included managing all project documents using CCS software. Also prepared and submitted monthly reports, and documents to the client and the lawyers working on claims, change notices, change orders and other request for information.

2003 - 2006, PACO Group, Inc.,Tri-Rail double track corridor project in Broward County Florida Tri-Rail, Pompano Beach, FL

Project Engineer

Maintained control of project drawings and technical documents for the design and construction of the Segment 5 Project, the installation of a second mainline track (43.3 miles long) parallel to the existing rail line. Prepared and submitted daily, weekly, and quarterly reports for the project, and maintained all technical drawings and controlled all the information for the field office. Coordinated with contractors to get daily quality reports, and coordinated all the track safety certifications.

2001 - 2002, PMA Consultants, Project (NSTAR Electric), Boston Massachusetts, MA

Project Scheduler

Created the master schedule for work orders that included 7,000 activities. Scheduled and implemented a new scheduling system for the company in Yarmouth, Cape Cod, Hyannis, Denis, Martha’s Vineyard, and South Boston. Also prepared for and conducted weekly meetings to coordinate activities in order to stay on target with the project schedule. 1999, Asea Brown Bovery OVE, ABB Systems, Colombia

Cost Planning

Supported the Ecopetrol Blending project by providing financial and planning development services to help prepare the budget and a viable cash flow strategy. Upgraded and reviewed the target program for Ecopetrol’s approval process of all projects. Finally reviewed, analyzed, and made recommendations to mitigate the impact of shutting down gas lines during construction using Primavera P3 (10.000 activities).

1995 -1998, BP Exploration Colombia LTD – BPX, Colombia

Cost Control Engineer

Working on the full development of the Cusiana and Cupiagua oil pump station facilities, provided services that supported engineering, supply, and construction. Helped coordinate and plan the execution of software applications to monitor contractor progress taking into accounts the different disciplines. Established and maintained the project schedule keeping track of all activities, provided detailed schedule analysis to support to project management, coordinated schedule variances, and identified impact to the schedule. Provided recommendations for performance improvement and corrective action for project management. Interfaced with all levels of project management, project controls staff, and corporate managers for schedule control issues; interfaced with client and contractor staff to provide schedule deliverables.

To perform the cost analysis for the Project Management estimated costs according to the change orders and requisitions, cost of materials, and contracting value for both local and foreign technical assistance. Reviewed all contracts and purchase orders for services, and audited all the payments made to suppliers through the main contracts.
