Responsibilities "Monitor the transactions flowing through interfaces on a Timely manner

Report the issues in the interface whenever it occurs to the respected teams.

JD Edwards program changes if required in any special situations or to accommodate any new functionality or Date Synchronization

Analyze the root cause, if any transaction gets stuck in error queue.

Inform business and perform the necessary fix to process the same. And acknowledge the business on the update
