SUMMARY

Full-scope human resources professional with broad experience in all elements of the hiring process to include recruitment, on-boarding, benefits, retention and terminations.

Develop, implement and evaluate strategic policies and procedures to ensure systematic and effective HR administration, mitigating risk at all levels.
