Organization:

Now I work as Electrical Engineer in Saruabil Chromite Mines of M/s Mishriilal Mine (P).Ltd from 12th October 2015 to till date.

I was joining in March 2014 as a junior electrical engineer in organization of M/S B.C. MOHANTY & SONS PVT LTD, Kamarda Chromite Mines from 1st March 2014 till 19 July 2015.

Working with M/s. Jas Kar Techno Pvt. Ltd,,An authorized dealer of M/s. CUMMINS INDIA LTD, Bhubaneswar as a Service Engineer since July 2010 to Dec 2013.

Worked with the COB Plant of M/s. Boula Chromite Mines (FACOR GROUP) from the period of 21st August, 2005 to 26th June 2010 as an Electrical Supervisor.

Job Assignments

CURRENT EXPERIENCE,

I have Electrical supervision now all electrical system of main sub- station to mines like 250 KVA transformer of breaker 400amps their panels,& 400 KVA transformer of COB plant, with their two incomer breaker ACB 800 amps with their motor (15hp to 50 hp)&Control starter panel, ETP control panels with motors(0.18kw to 18kw), mines dewatering pump from 40hp motor to 120hp motor . Now Installed, commission of new Transformer 500KVA, 33KV/0.4 KV. with breaker Primary VCB 1000amps & Secondary beaker ACB 1000 Amps,online UPS (5KVA) & Dg sets 250 KVA. In mines.

Previous Experience:

In Kamarda Chromites mines I was supervision of all electrical system of maintenance and operation like main substation with 500kva transformer (33/0.4), with two ACB with inter locking breaker system, APFC panel 325 KVAR,distribution panel, In COB plant, with their inter locking breaker system 1250amps,400 KVAR APFC panel, VFD drives 75KW & 37 KW & all motors of starter with panels. ETP plant maintenance and operation of all motors, & drives, starter upto30 KW & panels, IN mines system,Dewatering pumps from20 Hp up to 150hp,500kva Dg sets, etc.

In JAS TECHNO (P) Ltd .as Service Engineer was Installation of DG Sets up to 1500KVA,Electrical trouble shooting of Panel model PCO 500,PCC 1301 to 3100 & AMF Panel etc, installation with meggering of cables, Circuit breakers of MCB 5 Amps to ACB 2000 Amps & also the alternator .Earthing installation,proper connection of cables & wires of the A.C alternator. Trouble shooting of electrical panels & alternator day to day. secondly last i had seen all electrical system dg sets (15kva to 1500kva) and his panels like sychorised all different dg sets & automation systems

In BOULA CHROMITE MINES as Electrical supervisor was supervised the Operation, maintenance & commissioning of transformer of 11/0.4 KV & 33/0.4 KV, Overhead lines of medium voltage A.C, D.G Sets up to 800 KVA, 415 volt A.C. Installation & commissioning of all types of motors with starters likes Star & Delta,DOL,Auto transformers, LRS & D.C motors etc.. Controlling system up to 250 HP medium voltages A.C. SWITCH Gears of L&T, Siemens, ABB & Change over switches, Contractors & Relays etc. I was also responsible for the electrical maintenance of the plant & mines.
