Stantec Engineering - Houston, TX - 2014-04 - Present Duties: Documented substations for emergency response conditions. Designed database for electrical equipment assessments (per client). Coordinated design projects. Led training classes for electrical design. Held product learning seminars with various vendors. Used 3D design for client reviews to identify problems and solutions. Responsible for client interfeacing for projects regarding scheduling and performance. Reviewed co-worker performance for yearly reviews. Field work involved traveling to Wyoming (monthly) to sketch plot plans and P&ID's. Also, responsible for creating more work for in-house engineering. Office duties included creating drawings from field notes and designing electrical hook-ups for grounding and instrument junction boxes.
