SPECTRUM 09/12-12/16 Inbound call center take calls from customer with problems with their service. Troubleshooting, book service calls, take payments over the phone.

Target 05/10- 9/12 Sales helping customer on the sales floor also backup cashier when needed.

DATA ENTRY 1/08-05/10 Inputting customers banking information into the data base also answering the phones and lite filling.
