My name is Lauren Ryan and I am a third year student at Humber College in the Bachelor of Commerce, Human Resources Management program. This program has taught me great problem solving skills, communication skills, as well as skills in Microsoft programs. I believe my past work experience will also help me to excel in this position. I have effectively managed positions requiring high levels of independence and responsibility in HR and customer service. My relevant work experience includes that of an HR assistant at March of Dimes Canada as well as large leadership roles working as a tour leader at Brightspark and as team leader at Cineplex. In these roles I have obtained experience in planning events, recruiting, and creating professional relationships. I believe the skills I have gained from my past employment would allow me to meet the needs of your organization in an effective, responsible and timely way. In addition to the skills noted above, other relevant experience and qualifications I have obtained are WHMIS training and a French immersion certificate.
