Provide primary care service diagnosing, treating and educating patients from 0-100 years of age.

Manage complex chronic disease including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, GI/GE problems,

mental issues, Musculoskeletal, asthma, COPD; and treat minor injuries, removed sutures, ear wax

removal.

Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic radiology imaging, scopes, urine tests to identify and assess patients’ clinical problems and health care needs.
