Senior Project Manager Technology and Innovation (contract)
Managed Crush (mobile Topgolf game) and Swing Suite (virtual Topgolf) projects.
Responsible for project lifecycle and alignment with logistics, business strategy and Technology and Innovation resulting in on-time, successful activations of Crush for the Tennessee Titans and Kansas City Chiefs organizations at Nissan and Arrowhead Stadiums, respectively; BMW at the BMW Championship golf tournament and Circuit of the Americas U.S. Grand Prix.
Managed Crush operations and technology (Android devices, servers, cameras) for the duration of events.
Responsible for delivery of Swing Suite golf simulators to Topgolf partners. Tasks included site surveys, order fulfillment, installation scheduling and coordinating with general contractors and architects.
Responsible for SDLC of Swing Suite game software, performed final testing and delivered training resulting in a successful launch at MGM Grand Detroit.
