o Collaborated with a team of six engineering students to design a multifunction board that will replace the Arduino-based project kit used in UT’s Computer Science 130 – Computer Organization class. o The multifunction board was designed to integrate with and add select functionalities to a Raspberry Pi 3 and included buttons, LEDs, a 4-digit 7-segment display, an LCD screen, and a buzzer. o Researched parts such as Shift Registers and I2C I/O Expanders to increase functionality of GPIO pins. o Helped design hardware layout and prototype the project by soldering electrical components onto ProtoBoard.
