NYPD Police Laboratory, Jamaica NY June 1st 2016-August 11th 2016 n Used GC/MS to validate a method for the drug Phencyclidine using the carrier gas hydrogen instead of helium for detection and quantitation.

n Different parameters were developed in order to improve resolution of the gas chromatogram and to improve the NYPD laboratory match in its library.

n Presented findings to the lab director of the laboratory.
