1.Senior QA/QC Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

●Implement the QA/QC Management system at site

●Preparation of Material submittal,method statements and Inspection and test plan

●Monitior the implementation of the approved site QC plan

●Co-ordination with Project Manager/Project incharge for Preparation of construction material schedule

Preparation of checklist for civil works

●Assist in Implementation of Quality tool box to site staff and monitor the performance

●Inspection of civil work as per applicable international code/standard approved drawings,Project specification and approved method statement without any Deviation of the works

●Inspection of material delivered to site as per approved technical submittal

●Co-ordination with Main contractor,Consultant/client for material Inspection, work/testing inspection

●Inspection the source materials and collect the material to send

●Maintain all document log (Cube test results,NCR,RFITS,MS,MDS etc

●Keep updated records of all QA/QC documents

●Maintain the Prepour and Postpour records of all the finishing works

Duties and Resposibilities

● Liaison with client regarding getting approval of Materials,

●Records,documents,Inspection clearance and NCR matters

●Implementation of ISO-9001-2008 at site level

●Planning of internal Audits

●Carryout internal suppliers audit as per project Quality plan & ISO 9001

●Leading site QA/QC team

●Preparing Inspection and test plan for required construction activities as per project specifications,Drawings and standards

Check and review the plans and specification for the proper construction and quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings and specs, conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work

activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.
