Analyzed mishap and hazard report data trends, developed mitigation strategies and monitored identified issues and corrective strategies for 152 commissioned U.S. Navy afloat units worldwide. Assessed fleet compliance with safety programs, risk management programs, and materiel condition directives to identify a commands safety culture. Department Leading Chief Petty Officer

Managed, trained, and led 110 personnel in seamanship evolution on board USS IWO JIMA. Was the ship’s lead for all seamanship evolutions producing and giving briefs to the Commanding Officer for all amphibious operations, underway replenishments and any other seamanship events. Responsible for over 150 compartments on board, maintaining all equipment was 100% operational.
