(SMS) Video On Demand (VOD) and delivered it as a Platform as a Service (PaaS). Conducted negotiations of rights with regulator bodies (Audiovisual and telecommunication). Streaming server and Harmonic IRD configuration and integration

Major Achievements:

Conducted the negotiations with Satellite operator like Eutelsat, SES and Globecast to acquire broadcasting bandwidth for Private Television and DTH television package operators both in Europe and Africa.

Designed & implemented Playout server with computer graphic functions for broadcast studio.

Networked with more than 30 audiovisual regulators (equivalent of FCC) in Africa.

Managed and supervised the design & implementation of OTT –TV solution including but not limited to implementation of ingest servers, streaming servers, distribution servers in the Cloud using HLS, DASH and RTMP protocols.
