Worked as construction manager in Lafarge jojobera cement plant,Jamshedpur and vicat sagar cement plant,tandur from L&T ECC for grinding and clinkerisation unit project with responsible for erection Commissioning of major equipment in areas such as Coal mill, Wagon tippler,Apron feeder, silos, bag filter and belt conveyors.
Done Membrane Street canopy Structure fabrication and erection for TCS project from L & T.
Worked as Manager mechanical in expansion project of Andhra Cement, Guntur, Dachepalli plant from 3000tpd to 6000tpd.
As an In-charge mechanical reduced down time below the budgeted by maintaining and implementing proper maintenance schedule.
Modification, down time analysis/root cause analysis and implement them correctly.
After time and motion study increased the plant efficiency with required modification, quit successfully.
