Job Responsibilities:

• Asst in developing appropriate manufacturing policies, systems and processes that will meet Company's short term and long term business objectives, and ensure their systematic implementation.

• Prepare production plan from time to time, organise all support resources and manufacturing activities to deliver agreed outputs, product quality and cost standards.

• Monitor all operations, processes and working conditions to ensure provision of a safe and healthy working environment.

• Ensure maintenance of all machinery, to be functioning at optimum levels and costs.

• Submit and monitor approved manufacturing budget to ensure that the manufacturing function has all the resources required to meet its objectives within its agreed financial parameters.

• Organise storage and dispatch activities such that finished products of required standard are supplied to customers with right quantities & quality at the right time.

• Maintain effective working relationship with other Departments such as Weaving, Dyeing,PPC,Tqm & Marketing, Purchase, Finance, HR etc in support of business objectives.

• Ensure strict compliance of all statutory and mandatory requirements related to manufacturing without any default.

• Ensure maintenance of all required records and submit MIS for regular review of results.

• Cost control & production enhance by tools & techniques method.. Asst in Budgeting & Business plan of finishing.
