Mediaocean - HQ in NY (US) A company providing Software for Media Planning, Buying, Financials and Analytics. My role was to deliver Quality for multiple software solutions including flagship Prisma, I lead a team of 40+ QA Professionals including Front Line Managers.

Key Accomplishments:

Built the QA Org and Program for Pune site – An eight member team has grown to 42 members.

Achieved 80% First-Pass Rate for Automation runs and Improved the Rate of Conversion.
