Possess good verbal and written communication skills, and in the last twelve years have specialized in hospital, medical facility and school electrical design.
Design experience includes the following: Illumination engineering and lighting systems; power generation and distribution systems; security, communication, signal and fire alarm systems; audiovisual, television and telephone distribution system; electrical systems modernization; UPS systems; substation and power plant designs; construction administration and coordination; energy calculations and projected power usage for utility companies; overseeing the development of time schedules, job reports and work order review; produced engineering cost estimates and construction estimates, and building commissioning.
I also have ten years of experience in Californiaworking with the hospital plan review agency Office of State Hospital Planning Department
(OSHPD).
Project Managers experience includes but not limited to interface between the owner and the Consulting office. Orchestrates and organizes projects meetings, schedules and materials such as agendas, timelines, reports, and presentations to discuss project status. Experience also includes interfacing between the in-house design team, the owner and the contractor.
