As Senior Program Manager for EnLighted, I am currently responsible for the overall P&L performance, project administration, change management, and customer expectation leveling for several concurrent lighting retrofit and software implementation projects worth over $60MM. Throughout my 14-year career at Astro Pak, I have led Corporate Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Information Systems & Technology, Employee Development, Quality, Field Operations, and Cleanroom Operations. Select accomplishments include:
2015 – Launched a Continuous Improvement Team whose charter was focused on organizational improvements in one or more of the company’s seven strategies: Increasing Revenue, Decreasing Cost, Minimizing Waste, Eliminating Risk, Improving Efficiencies, Elevating Employee Engagement, and Increasing Customer Satisfaction.
2013 – Worked with EPA and fire enforcement officials to develop process improvements in order to significantly reduce the risk of regulatory compliance issues.
2007 – Purchased and integrated OSSI, thereby eliminating our single largest competitor in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech service sector on the East Coast, while simultaneously expanding our available and experienced resources in that region.
2004 – Restructured the organization and launched a cohesive sales and marketing strategy which resulted in revenue growth from $6MM in 2001 to $45MM in 2015.
2002 – Architected and implemented the Astro Pak wide area network (APWAN) that allowed the organization to share and access information across its 8 locations nationwide allowing for unprecedented levels of standardization and efficiencies.
2001 – Developed a state of the art modular certification tool that allowed for on the job project documentation modifications and real time delivery. Sun Microsystems
