Objective

To obtain a position as a Call Center Representative or a Healthcare Representative. I have several useful skills that will fit both job titles. I expect to receive fair pay, and the ability to move up. I am very much capable of learning new software also.

I was trained on Aetna Medicare to assist new and current members with applications, medications, payments and location and name of a PCP or specialist. I worked with ASD, Rumba and Docfind.

Call Center Representative 9-2016 / 4-2017

I was trained for BCBS of Florida on the agent side. I took calls from agents concerning prospective members and current members. The calls would consist of anything from checking on the status of an application to why a member was not able to get their medication. I used Siebel, ISD, Medicare System and Communications Repository.

I received calls from farmers pertaining to their line of credit to see if they were able to purchase equipment and seeds to plant with. Once the farmer got their crop in they would call in to pay off their loan by either debt or credit card. I would use Five9 and Zendesk.
