I was trained on Aetna Medicare to assist new and current members with applications, medications, payments and location and name of a PCP or specialist. I worked with ASD, Rumba and Docfind.

I was trained for BCBS of Florida on the agent side. I took calls from agents concerning prospective members and current members. The calls would consist of anything from checking on the status of an application to why a member was not able to get their medication. I used Siebel, ISD, Medicare System and Communications Repository.

I received calls from farmers pertaining to their line of credit to see if they were able to purchase equipment and seeds to plant with. Once the farmer got their crop in they would call in to pay off their loan by either debt or credit card. I would use Five9 and Zendesk.

I conducted surveys on the Durham Area Transit System as well as Duke Transit for passengers entering and leaving the bus. I had to enter the data. I had to retrieve information for the Long Range Transportation Plan. I had to do an organizational chart for the Engineering Manager, which allowed me to train myself on Microsoft VISIO. I assisted with Coffee with Council, Community Engagement, and Boards and Committee meetings. I placed order for supplies, and I also planned lunches for meetings all of which had to be entered into MUNIS. I also did itineraries for the Director and other co-workers
