I am an accomplished manager in the construction industry with forty years’ experience. I have completed projects in heavy industrial and commercial environments, Nuclear and Cogeneration power facilities, alternative power/wind projects, wastewater treatment facilities, universities and elementary schools, new hospitals and hospital renovations, health care facilities including MRI’s and clean areas, laboratory and research facilities and office facilities at the corporate presentation level. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong technical background in all disciplines including quality assurance, safety, permitting, mechanical, electrical, controls, civil, structural, site infrastructure, scheduling/planning, cost controls, bid package preparation, labor union negotiation, contract administration and project administration.

I was assigned to manage the completion and commissioning of two windfarms with a combined output of 315MW. Completed on October 25, 2012.
I was then assigned to work with selected developers and financial institutions to originate and prepare due diligence and feasibility studies to support major renewable energy investment portfolios in the Midwest, Northwest, the Northeast and Canada. This assignment required a direct interface effort with utilities such as the Southwest Power Pool, National Grid, Ontario Hydro, Quebec Hydro and NYPA. As well as regional utility groups such as NYISO, NYSERDA and the NYS Public Service Commission.

The completion and commissioning of an 860MW Cogeneration facility located in Penuelas, Puerto Rico. This project included the engineering coordination and construction of an LNG/Diesel fuel jetty 3500Ft into the Atlantic Ocean. Another critical path item for this installation was the coordination and installation of a 2 million gallon per day desalinization unit providing fresh potable water to the south side of Puerto Rico.
