Elevate the performance of conventional Flash Memory by using Graphene with ultra-speed and low power operation

Studied the two-dimensional substance, Graphene. Also, proposed some new notions like having battery and memory in the single device, increasing the storage of flash memory and establishing flash to flash communications.
