January 15, 2018

I have enclosed a copy of my CV for your review. I have completed by Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Adult Gerontology from the University at Buffalo in New York. I started my career in critical care and there found my passion. Taking care of patients is what I do best. It is my belief that following patients through the continuum of care is important. Over the years I have also held positions in teaching at the ADN level along with nursing supervision and management in an acute care facility.

I feel I could be an important member of your team. My clinical skills will speak for themselves and my ability to critically think, apply theory to practice and follow policy will also be seen. I am a team player and feel that focused multidisciplinary patient care is key to patient wellness. Providing the best possible patient experience is shown not only in their healing but in the special considerations given to the patient and their family.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Terry Ann Douglas, DNP, BSN, AGNP-BC
