My undergraduate major was in Criminal Justice Management. I have completed courses in Search and seizure and Criminal Law at the St. Louis Police Academy. I was a sergeant with the St. Louis Police Department. We operate on the principles of team effort, and at the same time individual responsibility. There were fifteen officers in my unit. I managed a security systems business, Eveready Security Systems, Inc. It grew in contracts in one year with thirteen employees. I also provided protection and escort service for top level executive personnel, and conducted surveillance with sophisticated equipment. I hold a Master's Degree in Mass Communication and developed a strong multimedia experience while working as an intern at channel 2 as an assignment editor John Auble.

The U-verse NOC fault management team is responsible for the Alcatel and Microsoft platform across the entire U-verse network. Specific responsibilities include: alarm validation and investigation, proactive channel scans, troubleshooting, ticket documentation and escalation, proactive network checks, network repair and monitoring change management. Plug -In-Operations COS (CISCO OWNED SPARES) Project Secured $1,000,000 dollars in savings for AT&T of the return of all spare parts to Cisco in a timely manner .

Proposed that every residence seized should be converted into mini police sub-station to display a show of force and maintain police presence. Program approved and drug issue drastically improved within one year. Recovered millions in drug bust.
