Maintain a tracking system to assure timely completion of verification process. I input physician/allied health professional data into database ensuring accuracy. I process the application. I insure that all documents submitted contain the needed information to verify all pertinent credentials. I receive and respond to incoming calls that pertain to verifications. I verify licensures, DEA, DPS, liability certificates and all other certifications in compliance with the established requirements. I also was creating contracts for the providers to sign, as they applied.
