OBJECTIVE:

To continue to utilize my experience in Radiograph inspection to determine the quality of castings to determine acceptance. To continue to use my knowledge in Radiation Safety to ensure the safety of employees. To continue to have a safe work environment.

HIGHLIGHTS OF QUALIFACATIONS:

- Use Radiographic Inspection to ensure maximum reliability of engine components and power plant turbines in the Aerospace Industry.

-Reviews contract requirements and sets up equipment to obtain a latent Image of the casting without impairing the integrity of the casting.

-Understands and applies strict compliance with safety regulations, standards, and specifications, to ensure optimum test environment to produce a blemish-free Radiograph with proper sensitivity requirements per customer specifications.

-Ensures that testing processes found to be incorrect/inadequate are brought to the attention of responsible supervision for correction to meet customer specifications.

-Assists in the training of new staff using process orders, work control documents, policy and procedures. As a Level II Safety Officer, educate employees on all Radiation Safety Procedures and Daily Safety checks. Monitors all documentations to meet with OSHA standards.

-Accept or reject investment castings in accordance with customer specifications and standards.

-Daily use of compute to close out and certify castings. Daily use of Microsoft Word and Excel to generate quality documents and Safety Reports to distribute to XRI Corporate Office.

-NAS 410/SNTC-TC-1A Level 1 Radiographer with over 11,520 logged hours in Aero Space Structural investment castings and Gas Turbine Engine Blades

-NAS 410/SNTC-TC-1a Level II Radiograph Inspector with over 4,160 logged hours in inspection of investment castings and Gas Turbine Engine Blades for multiple customers and various standards.
