Insight Inc. is a consulting company and I worked onsite with one of their client’s. Here I administrated and troubleshoot their network. I configured and deployed routers, switches and access points. Configuring and deploying back-up network solutions. I solved helpdesk tickets; I opened AT&T tickets whenever a site lost connectivity. I monitored over 100 different branches on SolarWinds and on Netflow and respond whenever the client network lost connectivity. I remotely connect to their routers and switches and made configuration changes when necessary. I check interfaces and logs on the daily & ensure everything is running smoothly. Performed upgrade & maintenance as necessary on switches, routers and other networking equipment
