Led R&D activities for 8 video broadcast firms and for 2 OTT service providers with revenues totaling USD 5B+ and prescribed appropriate software components for firms. Saved 160 man-hours per month by automating R&D workflows and mentored team members to become self-reliant and lead projects autonomously.
