PTL Second Shift Exactsense / Plant Wide

Primary focus is the Exactsense Value Stream with overall site responsibilities for second shift. Achieved 80% Operating Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and maintained it for approximately fourteen months. This cell was the “Model Cell" for other cells in the division to benchmark for improvements. Bronze certified in Lean Manufacturing applications and processes, perform Cell Assessments as scheduled, 6’S Audits, and developed Expanded Cross Training Matrix for the AB and Final Assembly cells. Converted Standard Work templates to electronic media.
