Participated in 15+ proposals, and 2 new solutions offering developments. Received 8 Bravo awards for projects since joining the firm. Involved in engagement growth via new business opportunities.
Bayer. Analyzed current org structure of the Commercial organization with specific focus on HR data to find opportunities for rationalization for various areas like Hem/Onc, WHC, CardioPulmo, etc.
Comcast. Led the retail store workstream for transformation of the cable company to enter the mobile phone business. Developing project plans to track progress of store activities for ten states, involving multiple stakeholder groups like Facilities, IT, Security, Merchandising, etc.
Optum. Developed features and user stories for upgrade of Salesforce based application used by client for member management. Helped client think through future state features of application, developed process models, and helped IT staff understand and quantify user stories.
United Healthcare. Developed business case and benefit model for replacement of existing transaction management tool with new product. Quantified time savings by conducting activity observations with line staff to arrive at future state resources needed post adoption of new tool, and advised client to determine most important future state system requirements.
Avis-Budget. Developed operating model for client’s legal group. Used tools like heat maps, task stratification, etc to create current state baseline, and used stakeholder interviews and workshops to build the new operating model highlighting savings by bringing outside counsel spend in-house.
Defense Health Agency. Led development of custom workforce model to help client estimate correct internal manpower needed for executing healthcare contracts in FY16. Allowed client to defend manpower estimates during budgeting without manpower cuts, and estimate overtime percentage, fixed/variable overheads.
MBA Intern Channel Sales (SMB), Google Inc. (Mountain View, CA) May 2013 – Aug 2013
Identified market sizing of $1.8B for online advertising revenues for new sectors, leading to senior management approving marketing plan for entering them.
Analyzed revenue data and determined penetration of sectors by Google Adwords partners, identified effort/return mismatches and pitched for focused targeting.
Conducted training for Google agency partners to educate on market sizes, growth, search trends, and competitor moves, enabling faster ROI for advertisers. Awarded Peer Bonus for this effort.
