PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: -

1. Working with IL&FS Renewable Energy Ltd.Mumbai as MANAGER (Chemistry) from 20th Oct,2009 to till date towards the Erection, Commissioning, Operation & Troubleshooting of 36 and 44 MW Co-Gen plant.

Scope of work :

a.Track erection, completion status of equipment, subsystem & systems being erected by the erection team for commissioning readiness and generate punch points.

b.Keep approach to zero punch points and 100% completion of erection works and documents accordingly.

c.Coordination with erection team for completion of pending punch points.

d.Implementation of commissioning protocol procedures(pre-commissioning and commissioning)

e.To ensure required procedures for commissioning such as the check list, test reports are completed.

f.To keep Head commissioning updated on the status of works and to escalate and delay/technical issues immediately.

g.Reliability run and PG test for DM, RO, Pre-treatment Plant and CW system as per schedule

h.Ensure availability of commissioning spares/consumables during commissioning.

i.To interact with Engineering & Drawing team for design clarifications, drawing and E&C manuals.

j.Troubleshoot any key technical issues and guide the team/contractors/vendors representative for ensuring timely completion.

k.Adhere to the time schedule with safety and to insure the respective safety provisions are scrupulously implemented in all the commissioning activities.

2. Worked with K. M. SUGAR MILLS LTD., MOTINAGAR, MASODHA, FAIZABAD as MANAGER (WTP) from 1st Dec. 2007 to 15th Oct.2009 towards Erection, Commissioning, Operation & Troubleshooting of 25MW Co-Gen plant.

3. Worked with DESEIN PVT LTD. (O & M UNIT) at DALMIA CHINI MILLS LTD. (Site-JAWAHARPUR, SITAPUR, UTTAR PRADESH) as Asst MANAGER from 20th APRIL 2007 to Nov.2008 towards Erection, Commissioning, Operation & Troubleshooting of 27MW Co-Gen plant.

4. Worked with GODAVARI SUGAR MILLS LTD., SAMEERWADI, TLQ-MUDHOL, DIST-BAGALKOT, KARNATAKA as JUNIOR OFFICER (LAB) from 2003 to 2007 towards Designing, Erection, Commissioning, Operation & Troubleshooting of 24MW Co-Gen plant..

5.Worked with DESEIN PVT LTD. Consulting Engineers, Greater Kailash-2, New Delhi-48 as Senior Chemist from 1994 to 2003 commissioning & operation of the various plants ranging from 12MW to 210MW(Tenughat Thermal Power Station,Lalpania,Bokaro)

6. Worked with CHEMIE (ENV.DIV.)LAB PVT.LTD. Ghaziabad as LAB CHEMIST from 1993 to 1994.

7. Worked with SURYA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD. Moradabad as LAB CHEMIST from 1991 to 1993.

8. Worked with PRAG VANASPATI PRODUCTS Aligarh as SHIFT CHEMIST from 1989 to 1991.

18Participate/ Supervising in Erection & Commissioning of water treatment plants.
