I learned how to run photo cards, cards that needed all of the wording on the back, machines that inserted cards in the jacket. I received numerous awards for top producer, and also Employee of the Month. Customer Service Representative/ Discover Tiewater Specialist/Bus Cleaner Tidewater Regional Transit/Hampton Roads Transit - Norfolk, VA - April 1994 to July 2002 Answering calls in the call center for bus routes and schedules. Delivery of tokens, bus tickets, and bus schedule booklets. Took photos for disabled riders and issued half-fare cards. Sold tour packages during the summer for visitors from other states to visit the Naval Base, Oceana, Portsmouth, the Oceanfront, and Norfolk. Gave bus information. Gave directions to various places, called taxies for Traffix customers, mobile sales at various locations, reconciled monies against what was issued to sell, put Deposits in the safe, and much more. I received numerous awards for receiving and answering the most calls. I organized the lost and found and ran the switchboard as needed.
